Closdd is the UK job board for people who win business. Every application arrives with a voice, so employers hear who can sell before they read a word.

Why we started

Hiring salespeople was broken.

Closdd was started by people who have spent years hiring and running sales teams. The pattern was always the same. Hundreds of applications, a pile of CVs that all look alike, days of first-round calls, and half the people on them couldn't sell.

The best salespeople were often the ones a CV filter threw out. Career changers. People from retail, hospitality and call centres. People who had never written a great CV but could hold a room.

So we flipped it. Hear them sell first. Read the CV second.

What we believe
